Summary

Dan is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Defense Practice in Wiedner & McAuliffe’s Chicago office. In addition to his workers’ compensation defense practice, Dan is an active member of the Medicare Set-Aside Compliance team. As a certified Medicare Set-Aside Consultant and member of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals, Dan advocates on every aspect of our clients’ Medicare files. He challenges CMS policy and prepares Set-Aside proposals, ensuring fairness for our clients’ interests.

Dan graduated from Indiana University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice. He earned his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2008. While attending DePaul, Dan received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award of academic achievement in Legal Writing. Dan also served as a Teacher's Assistant for Legal Writing. Dan acted as the Student Bar Association's Academic Integrity Representative, overseeing compliance with the school's honor code. He was also a member of the legal fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta, and is currently an active member of the fraternity’s alumni committee.
