Summary

Lindsay is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Defense Practice in Wiedner & McAuliffe’s Chicago office.

Lindsay graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2003 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Human Resources with a Specialization in International Business. She earned her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2006. 

Before joining Wiedner & McAuliffe, Lindsay was an Assistant Attorney General in the Workers’ Compensation Division from 2008 to 2010. 

Industry Contributions

Lindsay frequently conducts industry presentations, educating colleagues and clients on cutting-edge Legislative Amendments, implications of the amendments and the latest case law affecting how clients do business and how we best practice law.

Community Involvement

Lindsay serves on Children's Memorial Hospital's Children's Service Board.  She is also Treasurer of her condominium association.
