Roma is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Defense Practice at Wiedner & McAuliffe’s Chicago office.
Roma graduated from the University of Michigan in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy. She earned her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2008, graduating magna cum laude. While attending DePaul, Roma served on the DePaul Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. She also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for academic achievement in Trial Advocacy. Roma served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Edward Washington II of the First Judicial District, Cook County.
Roma co-authored the 2009 article, Google That, in the Defense Research Institute’s Compensation Courier newsletter. Google That explored the evidentiary issues and legal considerations involved with using internet-based evidence.
