David is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Defense Practice in Wiedner & McAuliffe’s Chicago office.

David graduated from the University of Illinois in 1987, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. He earned his Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Illinois in 1990.

David joined Wiedner & McAuliffe in October 2019. Prior to joining the firm, David served 12 years as a Commissioner at the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. Previous to his time at the Commission, David was a partner in the firm of Gore & Gore, specializing in workers’ compensation.

David is an avid golfer, a swim dad and volunteers in his free time as a youth soccer coach.
