Diana is a partner in the Workers’ Compensation Defense practice based in Indiana. Understanding that all matters require a different litigation strategy, Diana works closely with her clients to determine the best course of action. She strives to resolve the problems associated with their individual cases efficiently and with the most favorable outcome. This process helps her clients work out the larger issues that impact their businesses as they relate to workers’ compensation.

Diana co-founded and serves as President of the Board of Kids Chance of Indiana, a non-profit organization that awards scholarships to children of Indiana workers who have been catastrophically or fatally injured in a work-related accident.
