Henry is a member of the Civil Litigation department in Wiedner & McAuliffes Chicago office. He concentrates his practice in the defenses of companies, organizations, and individuals in the areas of construction litigation, medical malpractice, nursing home & long-term care, premises liability, products liability, professional liability, and transportation liability.

Henry has extensive courtroom and first chair jury trial experience and has secured several favorable verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. Outside of the courtroom, he has successfully represented clients in alternative dispute resolution forums, such as arbitration and mediation. He has also represented clients in appellate matters before the Illinois Appellate Court.

Prior to joining Wiedner & McAuliffe, Henry acquired an extensive background in civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense, breach of contract, and workerscompensation claims. He also has experience in plaintiffs personal injury law, which provides unique insight to his current practice.

In his spare time, Henry performs as a cellist with The Chicago Bar Association Symphony Orchestra. He enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his family.
