Henry is a member of the Civil Litigation Practice in Wiedner & McAuliffe’s Chicago office. He concentrates his practice primarily in the defense of automobile, construction, and premises liability litigation.

Henry has extensive courtroom experience having tried twelve jury trials. Outside of the courtroom, he has successfully represented clients in alternative dispute resolution forums, such as arbitration and mediation and has secured hundreds of favorable settlements on behalf of his clients. In addition to his courtroom experience, he has prepared an appellate brief before the Illinois Appellate Court for the First District.

Prior to joining Wiedner & McAuliffe, Henry acquired an extensive background in civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense, breach of contract, and workers’ compensation claims. He also has experience in plaintiff’s personal injury law, which provides unique insight to his current practice.

In his spare time, Henry performs as a cellist with The Chicago Bar Association Symphony Orchestra. He enjoys
playing tennis and spending time with his family.
