Brendan is an associate in the Worker’s Compensation Defense practice based in Wiedner & McAuliffe’s St. Louis office. On behalf of Missouri employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators, Brendan defends all aspects of workers’ compensation claims, including medical fee disputes. Before coming to Wiedner & McAuliffe, Brendan worked on both the plaintiff and defense sides of civil litigation. He represents a wide variety of businesses including retailers, aviation, manufacturing, landscaping, construction, and municipalities.

Brendan is an avid sports fan. He is devoted to his wife and family and when he’s not working, he’s spending time with them. He enjoys hiking, fishing, and watching or attending sporting events.
