Brooke is a partner in the Workers’ Compensation practice in Wiedner & McAuliffe’s Chicago office. Having spent the entirety of her career defending employers in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation, Brooke has represented global corporations, small businesses, and third-party administrators from a variety of sectors including retail, healthcare, transportation, construction, and manufacturing. She has extensive experience trying cases before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission and has successfully argued numerous appeals in the Circuit and Appellate Courts.

Brooke was one of the first attorneys in Illinois to receive a Certification in the Evaluation of Disability and Impairment Rating from the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians, giving her a unique expertise in assessing trial exposure and evaluating settlement in complex cases. She partners with clients to pursue cost-effective and expeditious resolution strategies while keeping their individualized interests at the forefront.
