She earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2010. While attending Loyola, Brooke studied international law at Loyola’s Rome Center and traveled to Vietnam as part of Loyola’s International Comparative Law program. She was also a member of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity and Loyola’s chapter of The National Lawyers Guild.
