Courtney is a partner of the Workers’ Compensation Defense Practice in Wiedner & McAuliffe’s Chicago office.
Courtney graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona in 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy. She earned her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2017. While attending Chicago-Kent, Courtney was a student editor for the Institute for Law and the Workplace’s Employee Rights and Employment PolicyJournal and worked as a certified mediator for the Center for Conflict Resolution. She earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for academic achievement in Pretrial Litigation, Trial Advocacy, Legal Writing III, and Forensic Sciences. After clerking for Wiedner & McAuliffe throughout law school, Courtney joined the firm as an associate in 2017.
