James is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Defense Practice in Wiedner & McAuliffe’s Chicago office.
James graduated from the University of Michigan in 2012, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2016. During law school, James served as a Senior Editor for the Annals of Health Law, and published the article, Time to Rethink the Illinois Corporate Practice of Medicine Doctrine in the PPACA Healthcare Market Era, 24 ANN. HEALTH L. 64 (2015). Additionally, James was a legal writing tutor for first year law students. After clerking for Wiedner & McAuliffe throughout law school, James joined the firm as an associate in 2016.
