Jason is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Defense Practice in Wiedner & McAuliffe’s St. Louis Office. He is currently licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois.
Jason Graduated cum laude from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville in 2005. He earned his J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law in 2009.
Upon graduation from Law School, Jason joined the Simon Law Group as an associate attorney, focusing on workers’ compensation defense, representing employers, insurance companies, third party administrators and self-insureds at all levels of workers’ compensation adjudication.
In 2014, Jason joined the Gartner Law firm where his practice remained focused on workers’ compensation litigation.
Jason’s experience on both sides of workers’ compensation litigation gives him unique perspective on the handling of workers compensation claims from the opening to close of files.
