Jason is a partner in the Workers’ Compensation Defense practice in Wiedner & McAuliffe’s Chicago office. He represents employers in all facets of workers’ compensation matters with a focus on disputed claims and claims with high exposure. Practicing at Wiedner & McAuliffe since 2005, Jason has worked with a variety of clients including insurance companies, auto manufacturers and global consumer goods companies.

Jason is able to litigate cases efficiently and cost-effectively, often to a swift resolution. He managed the firm’s monthly meeting program for several years, enabling him to stay abreast of notable court decisions and recent trends in workers compensation.

When not advocating for his clients, Jason is devoted to his wife and their twin daughters.
