Nicole is a shareholder in the Workers’ Compensation Defense practice in Wiedner & McAuliffe’s Chicago and Indiana offices. She is the managing partner and founder of the firm’s Lafayette, Indiana office. Before establishing the Indiana office, Nicole worked in the Chicago office for ten years. She represents insurers, self- insured entities, and third-party administrators in all aspects of defending workers’ compensation claims. Nicole works with clients across a variety of industries including retail, manufacturing, transportation, construction, and healthcare. Nicole employs a collaborative approach to claims resolution, understanding that the most favorable outcome depends on her clients’ individualized business interests. She also regularly presents to clients on workers’ compensation training and legal updates.

In addition to her defense work, Nicole is a member of Wiedner & McAuliffe’s Medicare compliance team. Nicole also proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association.
