Olimpia is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Defense practice in Wiedner & McAuliffe’s Chicago office.

Olimpia graduated magna cum laude from DePaul University’s Honors Program with a double Bachelor of Arts degree in political science: industrial and organizational psychology and minor in sociology. Olimpia was named “Best and Brightest” by the Northwest Suburbs Daily Herald in 2008; she is recipient of the 2004-2008 DePaul University’s Dean’s Award for Scholastic Excellence; 2004-2006 Park Ridge Juniors Recognition of Scholarship Award; 2008 DePaul University Honors Program Award; 2008 Phi Sigma Delta Merit Scholar Recognition Award. After graduating from DePaul, Olimpia went on to earn her Juris Doctor from UIC John Marshall Law School.

Prior to law school, Olimpia assisted in general legal practice. During law school, Olimpia clerked for a Workers ’ Compensation and Personal Injury Petitioner’s firm where she gained valuable experience in the field of workers’ compensation and personal injury. While at UIC John Marshall, she served as a Vice-Justice of Phi Alpha Delta, Lincoln Chapter.

Olimpia worked as a Corporate Counsel for a telecommunication architectural and engineering firm where she was responsible for developing and leading corporate legal strategy; she was also entrusted with execution of legal services in a wide range of areas, inclusive of regulatory and corporate compliance and licensing, commercial transactions, client and supplier contracting, legal risk assessment and management as well as, internal audits. Olimpia has served in the legal profession for over 18 years.

Olimpia serves of legal counsel to several Chicago charities; she is a member of the mentor panel for the Magnus Charitable Trust Foundation and George M. Pullman Educational Foundation. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, photography and all things of neuroscience.
