Tondi is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Defense Practice in Wiedner & McAuliffe’s Chicago Office.

Tondi graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2016, earning a Bachelor of Science in Political Sciences with an emphasis on Public law, and a minor in Communication Studies. Prior to attending law school, she earned valuable legal experience in civil ligation practice. Tondi earned her Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2022, where she served as the founding Vice-President and later President of the Business Law Society. During law school, she also assisted in establishing the school’s Business Legal Innovation Clinic, served as a member of the Black Law Student, participated in the 2L Trial Advocacy Competition, and earned placement on the Dean’s List.

After clerking with Wiedner & McAuliffe throughout law school, she joined the firm as an associate in 2025.
