As the situation with COVID-19 evolves, we are well-prepared to continue serving our clients in a way that safeguards the wellbeing of our colleagues and clients. We have issued a mandatory work from home directive for our Chicago office. We will have a skeletal crew in the place until further notice. We will remain fully compliant with our Government’s emergency orders. Operations at our firm will continue uninterrupted, as our staff and lawyers are prepared and experienced in working remotely, accessing our systems with the same levels of security and availability as they would from the office. We are available by email, telephone, or video conferencing at your convenience.

Many court houses are either closing or remaining open only for emergencies. We are monitoring this on a daily basis and will ensure that there is no adverse effect to case strategy or handling during this time. We will contact you regularly and with important developments as we always would.
