Joseph is an associate in the Civil Litigation Practice in Wiedner & McAuliffe’s Chicago office. While he began his career handling Plaintiff’s personal injury and Petitioner’s workers’ compensation matters, Joseph has handled a broad range of general civil litigation matters. Since transitioning to defense work, Joseph has handled a diverse case load that included defending general liability, product liability, premises liability, and construction related matters. Over the course of his career, he has also handled several appeals, including one oral argument where the first District Appellate Court held in his client’s favor. Throughout his career, Joseph’s focus has been on finding the best possible result for his clients.

After growing up in the St. Louis area, and attending undergraduate at Southwest Missouri State University, he moved to the Chicago area to be near some family and attend law school.  After getting married, the Chicago area became his permanent residence.  He is an avid Hawks, Bears and Cubs fan.
