Sirjan is an associate in the Civil Litigation Defense practice at Wiedner & McAuliffe’s Chicago office. He represents clients across a wide range of disputes, bringing a strategic and results-oriented approach to all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial.

Sirjan has experience handling complex, high-exposure matters, including products liability and toxic tort litigation for Fortune 100 companies. He has worked on large-scale multidistrict litigation and class action proceedings, contributing to coordinated case strategy, discovery management, and the development of defense positions across numerous related claims. Earlier in his career, Sirjan focused on medical malpractice defense, representing hospitals and healthcare professionals in negligence claims. That experience continues to inform his approach in cases involving technical and expert-driven issues.

Sirjan earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where he concentrated in Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution. He served as a Presiding Barrister and gained early courtroom experience representing indigent clients as a 7-11 licensed student attorney.

Outside of his practice, Sirjan coaches law students in trial advocacy and regularly chairs Model United Nations competitions.
