Josh is a partner in the Civil Litigation department based in Wiedner & McAuliffe’s St. Louis office. Josh has extensive legal experience, having tried cases with outstanding results in multiple jurisdictions. He has received favorable outcomes for his clients in three of the top ten worst venues for defendants in the United States: City of St. Louis, Missouri; Madison County, Illinois; and St. Clair County, Illinois. Josh specializes in general liability, nursing home & long term care, premises liability, managed care, professional liability, construction litigation, employment litigation, and trucking and transportation liability.

Josh graduated at the top of his class from Saint Louis University School of Law where he was awarded a Dean’s Academic Scholarship and was a member of the Saint Louis University Law Journal. He was admitted to practice law in the state of Missouri in 2004, the state of Illinois in 2006, the state of Kansas in 2018, and is licensed in several United States Federal Courts.

Outside of the office, Josh enjoys sports, music, and spending time with his family and their dog.
