Timothy W. Callahan is a partner in Wiedner & McAuliffe’s St. Louis civil defense practice. An experienced litigator, Tim has tried numerous bench and jury trials and has presented oral arguments before both the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the Missouri Court of Appeals.

Tim represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including catastrophic loss, commercial disputes, construction disputes, managed care, medical device, medical malpractice defense and healthcare, nursing home and long-term care, personal injury and property damage, product liability, professional liability, subrogation and insurance recovery, and transportation litigation including trucking and aviation. He also has significant experience handling complex insurance coverage issues.

Tim is admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois, as well as before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
