Todd is a partner in the Civil Litigation practice based in Wiedner & McAuliffe’s Chicago office. He began his career as an appellate law clerk with the Appellate Court of Illinois, Second District, where he prepared appellate opinions and orders in all areas of civil and criminal litigation.

Todd is an experienced trial and appellate attorney, with a practice that has been concentrated in the defense of complex medical malpractice, general insurance and civil litigation, and appellate matters. He has represented health care organizations and professionals in all areas of medical and nursing care. He has also represented corporate entities and individuals in cases involving causes of action for transportation and trucking negligence, product liability, construction defects, catastrophic loss, defamation, invasion of privacy, clergy sexual abuse, breach of contract, and will contests, in both state and federal trial and appellate courts.

Todd enjoys playing golf and spending time with family.
