Ben is an associate in the Civil Litigation Defense practice group in Wiedner and McAuliffe’s Chicago office. He represents employers and insurers in employment, aviation, product, and premises liability disputes.

Ben graduated from The University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in Political Science and Public Policy. While attending Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Ben externed for the Law Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. He competed in the National Moot Court Competition as an oralist and was awarded the Gary Friedman Award for Advocacy Excellence, presented to the best advocacy team at Loyola. After clerking for Wiedner and McAuliffe during law school, Ben joined the firm as an associate attorney. In his free time, Ben enjoys traveling and biking on the Chicago lakefront.
