Daniel is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Defense Practice in Wiedner & McAuliffe’s Chicago office.
Daniel graduated from University of California, Riverside in 2011, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and competing in Division I golf. He earned his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in 2016. During law school, Daniel was an Editor for the Review of Intellectual Property Law, a member of the Cardozo Entertainment Law Moot Court Team, and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Contracts. After clerking for Wiedner & McAuliffe throughout law school, Daniel joined the firm as an associate in 2016.
