Kevin is an associate of the Workers’ Compensation Defense practice in Wiedner & McAuliffe’s Kansas City office.

Kevin graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy. After graduation he worked for the Missouri Governor’s office and handled constituent claims and reviewed pardon and clemency applications. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law. During law school, Kevin served as the managing editor of the Journal of Dispute Resolution and was the president of MU’s Federalist Society Student Chapter. He received the CALI Excellence for the Future award for academic achievement in White Collar Crime, and participated in MU’s Veterans Clinic. He interned for the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations in their General Counsel’s office.

During his time at the University of Missouri, Kevin participated in Improv Comedy and student government.
